From March 2010 until January 2011 I’ll be exchanging to Japan as an exchange student. I will keep this blog to share my exciting life in Japan!
I will write this blog in both English and Dutch, though that depends on my mood.
Who am I?
I don’t know. Who are you?
Nah jk. My name is Kit-Lam. I’m a 16 years old Chinese girl born and raised in the Netherlands. Currently I’m in 4th grade of high school doing HAVO.
I like the internet, homework, sleeping, eating, listening to music and playing the piano. But I also love movies (horror, action, thriller, comedy), anime, manga, food, photography, clouds, winter, snow, winter holidays, figures, concerts, Dance Dance Revolution, art, shopping, anything cute, street fashion, tidy room, Jelly Beans, my family, friends, Lucky Stars, Ghibli, mango, cherries, Cherry Coke, cherry tea, green tea, collecting unnecessary stuff, sleeping in and so much more!!
I’m very interested in Japan for quite a long time. A lot of things in my life revolve around Japan. You might even say my Japanese language skills are better than my Chinese skills! Not sure if I should be proud about that though.
It’s been a dream for me to live the Japanese life, experience the culture and attend a Japanese high school so I’m very thankful to my parents and YFU who made this exchange program possible for me :D
